KALA BAZAAR

The black market.

The Order sells nothing. This is where the things it makes are sold — sheets off the pen, a face read into the weave, walls, a clock of lights. Rupees, here and nowhere else. What is bought here keeps the pen moving there.

What this is. Every sheet is drawn by one mechanical pen from the Order's own law — no two alike, the seed spent when the sheet is made. Signed, dated, posted. Packing and postage within India are the Order's to carry. From outside India, write first.

What this is not. The presses are not for sale. The law is not for sale. The Order's own currency is not for sale here, or anywhere, for rupees. Only the things the practice sheds.
